At Unit 14 Performance, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days of the original order date, unless otherwise communicated. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. We cannot guarantee product availability or delivery timelines for backorders and are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

Unit 14 Performance reserves the right to ship orders using any carrier of our choice. Unless specifically requested by the buyer, shipments may be sent without requiring a signature upon delivery. If signature confirmation is requested, the buyer agrees to cover any additional charges for this service.

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided—without signature confirmation—it is considered delivered and becomes the property and responsibility of the buyer. Unit 14 Performance is not liable for any lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed.

All pickup orders must be arranged in advance via email and will only be processed upon presentation of a valid order confirmation. Customers are required to contact us by email to schedule their pickup, and the order confirmation must be shown at the time of collection. For security and accuracy, orders will not be released without this verification. All pickups are to be made at 23 Tukorako Drive, Unit 14.
