Use and Liability

All Unit 14 Performance parts are designed for off-road or motorsport use only. Performance modifications carry inherent risks, and all installations are done at the customer's own risk. Unit 14 Performance is not liable—explicitly or implicitly—for any mechanical, electrical, or other failure that may occur as a result of using aftermarket components. Some parts may be illegal for use on public roads and are intended for track or competition use only.

 

Labor and Liability Disclaimer

Unit 14 Performance is not responsible for labor costs or any incidental damages, including but not limited to damage to other parts, arising from the use or installation of any product. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the item. Labor costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that parts be installed by a qualified mechanic who can verify compatibility and inspect the product prior to installation. If you do not accept these terms, do not install the product and return it unused.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is the property of Unit 14 Performance or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Trademarks and service marks related to Unit 14 Performance are proprietary and may not be used without permission. Any unauthorized use of this site’s content, including product images or descriptions, may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may result in legal action.

 

Order Acceptance

An electronic confirmation of your order does not signify our acceptance of that order, nor does it constitute a binding agreement to sell. Unit 14 Performance reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In some cases, we may ship fewer items than originally ordered and adjust your invoice accordingly. We may also request additional verification before processing an order.

Once you place an order—whether online, by phone, or otherwise—you are entering into a purchase agreement, and your payment method may be charged immediately. Orders do not always ship the same day; please allow up to 4 business days for processing. If you require urgent or priority shipping, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

 

Errors and Corrections

Unit 14 Performance is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or incorrect product images or information. These errors do not entitle a customer to any compensation or fulfillment based on the incorrect listing. We reserve the right to correct any such errors at any time without notice.

 

Return and refund policy 

You will need to contact a Unit14 Performance representative to explain the issue with your item and provide your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received at Unit14 Performance and carefully inspected. Unit14 Performance reserves the right to deny any return request.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, and must be received by Unit14 Performance no later than 30 days after the sale in order to be eligible for a refund. Custom orders are not eligible for return. Deposits placed to hold items are non-refundable. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is issued.

Please note that shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

 

Returns due to defect 

We are happy to accept returns of Unit14 Performance products that are found to be defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues within 30 days of purchase. Please note, we are NOT liable for incorrect vehicle fitment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the product is compatible with their vehicle before completing the purchase. If a mistake is made on our end, resulting in the shipment of the wrong product, we will accept the return within 30 days of purchase. Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged at no cost to you once we receive the returned product. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as they arrive to identify any potential issues.

For products from other manufacturers, returns will be handled according to the defective product policy of the respective manufacturer. Unit14 Performance cannot be held responsible for replacing any such items if the manufacturer's policy does not include coverage for replacement.

This return policy does not cover items that may have been damaged during shipping, unboxing, or installation. ( Any damage during the shipping process will need to consulted with the shipping company NOT Unit14 Performance )

 

Prices 

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The prices listed in our online store replace any previous pricing. However, we cannot control price adjustments made by third-party suppliers. We also retain the right to modify prices at any time. If the price of a third-party product changes, we will inform you and offer the option to either cancel your order or pay the price difference. No cancellation fees will apply. Prices may vary due to changes in supply, inventory levels, or currency exchange rates.

 

Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order within a specified time frame, usually within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the items have not yet been processed or shipped. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our support team via the contact details provided on the website. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and the customer must follow the return procedure upon receiving the goods. Please note that certain products, such as custom or perishable items, may not be eligible for cancellation or return. We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if the order is no longer within the cancellable timeframe.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At Unit 14 Performance, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days of the original order date, unless otherwise communicated. Orders containing backordered items will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. We cannot guarantee product availability or delivery timelines for backorders and are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

Unit 14 Performance reserves the right to ship orders using any carrier of our choice. Unless specifically requested by the buyer, shipments may be sent without requiring a signature upon delivery. If signature confirmation is requested, the buyer agrees to cover any additional charges for this service.

Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided—without signature confirmation—it is considered delivered and becomes the property and responsibility of the buyer. Unit 14 Performance is not liable for any lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery has been confirmed

 

Stock Policy 

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we aim to keep our website inventory accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we’ll contact you to offer a refund or the option to wait for restock, typically within 2–4 weeks.

Special Order items are not kept in stock and require lead time. These orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
